About the Study
The BrainAge Challenge is a collaborative research effort and competition focused on understanding brain aging through MRI. By participating, you can help advance research in neuroscience and contribute valuable data to the scientific community.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone with professional experience in assessing brain MRI scans is welcome to join! Radiologists, neuroradiologists, neurologists, geriatricians, academics, and other medical professionals are encouraged to contribute.
Improve Clinical Practice
Our collaborative data will help inform best clinical practices in radiological reporting of atrophy.
Receive Academic Credit
All contributors will receive certificates and full acknowledgment for their participation in resulting any academic outputs.
Assess Automated Methods
Results will help assess and validate automated BrainAge methods.
Win Everlasting Glory
The most accurate contributors will be awarded the inaugural BrainAge Challenge 2025 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards.
How It Works
1. Sign Up: Sign-up for an account using an institutional email address.
2. Login: Access your dashboard to begin rating scans.
3. Rate: Review brain MRI scans using the integrated platform and estimate the patient's age. Participation requires a minimum of only 15 scans to be reviewed!
4. Win: A participant's best performance on a packet of 10 scans will be used to determine award winners at the end of the study period.
